Villager trades on realm have broken

in my realm all my villagers that had been zombified and cured and had the proper amounts for trade now have the amounts subtracting one from the base amount instead of subtracting them to one. I tried waiting multiple in-game days, and nothing changed. checked on xbox one switch and windows 10
