When entering some worlds i often find bugs where the water doesn’t flow properly

Whenever i load a world i sometimes see a block missing form the rivers to contain it from flowing out, although a block was missing, the water was not flowing as it would when you break the block manually. I also sometimes see grass on sand but i didnt come across it in this one world.
