Mobile/Celcular Data mode is not working

My only way to play with friends is by using my Celcular Data because we do not have Wi-Fi,

but after the 1.16.100 update, I can't join to the server now and it keeps telling I must be connected to Wi-Fi to play with my friends although the "Use Celcular Data" is already enabled in the settings. I hope this issue will get hotfix.
