Nintendo Switch seriously lagging after 16.100 update

Dear,

 

The Performance of (my) Nintendo Switch has been seriously affected by the 16.100 update (140MB world).

-Buildling and Breaking blocks visual lags

-Graphic buildup of the landscape lags

-Mob movement gets stuck or Speeds up

-Arrows don't hit tragets

-Opening the trade menu results in loading time out or crash

 

That's what I've found up until Now. If wanted, I can provide some screenshots.
