Countdown on the Hive server doesn't show up

The Bug
If you're trying to play on any game mode on the Hive featured server, normally there is a countdown at the hotbar (marked as a red square down there), but now there isn't. This bug is considered a Minecraft bug by the Hive staff, so I decided to post as a bug report here.
