Minecraft Founders Cape is gone from my Cape inventory on the Skin Editor

After Minecraft finished updating for me today I went to my Skin Editor just to discover that my Founders Cape was gone even though I did previously own it, not only that, but on the Skin Pack that has both Steve and Alex with the Cape on them, it doesn't even show up for Alex, it does for Steve, but not Alex.
