PSVR clouds, shadows, leads, etc follow player point of view

Everything is wonky after patch, clouds are following where i look and not moving normally very disorienting since im playing in psvr, boat shadows follow me and dont stay with the boat so i have a black shadow just following me like a pet, traveling villager ropes following me where ever i look with no villager attached and if i turn its just there no matter what direction i look or where i go, breaking block animation is just off i cant describe it but its just really off like it will show a block being broken than the block will reappear and yeah its just really off
