Minecon Live 2019 Cape Gone

As soon as I updated to 1.16.100 the option to add my Minecon 2019 Golden Creeper cape to my skin dissapeared. The Capes section is still there and the Pancape is still there but I can't add my Minecon cape to any skin. I know you haven't removed it because it's still there on skins I already had...

Please fix this I love the cape on my skins!
