Custom Items with Format Version 1.16.100 do not show up at all

As stated in the title, items with format version 1.16.100 do not show up at all; nowhere to be found using the /give command. Changing the format version has gotten the item to appear for me and I am in 1.16.100 as I have access to the new emotes

EDIT: I have added a category and it has done nothing for me
