Mismatched updates on all devices

Playing Bedrock accros devices is now impossible.  Switches, iOS devices, and windows 10 seem to be on different update schedules?  Whatever the case is - they're all 'current' with mismatched versions and so cannot be 'better together'.

 

Switches are on 1.16.100

iOS is on 1.16.50

Windows 10 is on 1.16.40

 

And no older version can join a world from a newer version.
