I got this mod by cyclone for about more than 1000 minecoins. And im trying to play it and it says downloading, and it wont let me play it

I bought a mod for 1000 minecoins or more. And i made one world. The name is ocean expansion, by cyclone. And now it just says downloading, and wont let me play it. Please fix it.
