The Pause, Chat, and Emote buttons are not transparent

The Pause, Chat, and Emote buttons are not transparent.

How to reproduce:

Load into a world with mobile controls
Observe the Pause, Chat, and Emote buttons not transparent.

Observed Results: They are not transparent.

Expected Results: They are supposed to be transparent.

Extra Info: When riding in a boat or Minecart, the Pause and Chat buttons become transparent again. It seems like this bug has something to do with the Emote button.
