Mutant Zombies pack on Xbox Beta sends me back to home screen..

Hi.My sons purchased the Mutant Zombies pack via the marketplace, and when he tries to create a world, the game sends him straight back to the Xbox hoem page.he spent a lot of his coins on this and is rightly disappoinetd.is there anythign we can try?
