Ray tracing cannot be enabled on non-PC devices that support ray tracing

Next gen console, which comes with the hardware capability of using rtx, doesn't have the possibility to use raytracing in the options menu, dispite being stated in the patch noted that it works when the minimal hardware capable of rtx is available. Which it should be since it can use rtx on other games and even is advertised as getting rtx for xbox series x.
