I can't get the goat & powdered snow beta 😡😭

You know that new minecraft bedrock beta with those goats and powdered snow?

I don't seem to have it 😭😭😭😭😭😭

I have tried everything!

-looked for an update on the play store

-looked on YouTube and Google and here to help find the issue

-made sure I am on the beta (I definitely am)

Please help me to get it, I really want to see some of the new caves and cliffs update.
