Enchanter "Construct an Enchantment Table" Achievement Won't Unlock!

This achievement will not unlock for me.

I crafted an enchantment table using a book, 2 diamonds, and 4 obsidians and placed it next to my crafting table. I also tried making another one with a book I crafted myself (leather and 3 paper).

Please, this is the last achievement I have left (until more are added) and I'm sure it's glitched for some others too. I also tried uninstalling and crafting another Enchantment table and it's still bugged.
