Wither keeps spawning in the end

When I turn my game mode to peaceful when I accidently started a raid, and then go to my ender men farm, the wither for whatever reason spawns right next to my farm. It breaks the farm, and I half to kill the wither again and again, but in the bright side I kind am getting unlimited nether stars.
