Blocks that require support lack particles when broken by the game

Bug Description

With the exception of chorus plants and doors, any block that requires support and is broken by the game won't produce particles, and no sounds are played. This includes bamboo, scaffolding, signs, banners, buttons, lever, torches, etc

Steps to reproduce

 - Place a block that needs support

 - Break the block supporting it

What was expected

 The block being supported would produce breaking particles, and breaking sound would be heard

What was observed

 Only the block broken by the player releases particles and no sound plays
