The Breathing Animation doesn't play until a different animation plays

The Breathing Animation doesn't play until a different animation plays in the character creator. When the breathing animation should play: When you press Edit Character Button, when you back out of any UI in the character Creator, and when you switch tabs. How to reproduce: 1 Click the Edit character button 2 change skins in the Classic skins Tab. 3 add an accessory to a custom character. 4 click on one of the featured items buttons. Observed results: Characters breathing animation does not play. Expected results: Character should play the breathing animation.
