Cape turns red when the player takes damage

When a player gets hurt, the player turns red, right? If they have a cape, it turns red along with the player. This is inconsistent with armor and elytra.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Equip a cape
2. Switch to Survival mode
3. Switch to third-person back
4. Take damage

Observed Results:
The cape turns red.

Expected Results:
The cape should not turn red.
