Found 2 couple of endcities, they hadded shulkers multiplied in the same spot.

Found a Endcity in which multiple shulkers were generated, there were around 20 more shulkers than the amount of shulkers that were supposed to be, most shulkers were being duplicated in the same spot they were supposed to spawn, this could be use as an advantage that some players could use to get more shells from a single city. Wasn't using any resource pack, texture pack, etc.
