Sneaking, sprinting and flying causes huge frame drop

What happens:

When sneaking, running and flying, the frame rate drops and the screen becomes jerky. When returning to walking, it returns to normal (see videos below)

 

What I expect should happen:

I should be able to sneak, run and fly without a jerky screen
