So whenever I enter my minecraft on the PS4 the mojang sign still stays frozen I have tried to leave it on for 8 hours and it still did not work so I need help please

So if you CNA please help me as quick as possible that would be good becus I bought this game with a 100$ in the store and I dont want it to crash becuse j realy like minecraft and the android version is more expensive
