When sneak and jump buttons are switched, you cannot rise and lower when flying using the d-pad

When jump and sneak buttons are switched, moving the jump button to the d-pad, although you can use it to jump and start flying. you cannot use it to rise or lower (by holding jump then moving finger to up or down arrows), instead, the controls appear on the right, where the sneak button should be since sneak and jump are swapped.
