Stuck in beta edition without enrolling

Bedrock has been working fine the day before, I launched the app today and was greeted by a Minecraft Beta homepage that I never enrolled. I followed some guides that required me to download the Xbox Insider Hub App, followed all 3 methods given in the app, which are uninstalling/ reinstalling, enroll then unenroll, and also did the Powershell command given. None of those method worked to resolve me issue, I'm just stuck in beta and unable to play anything. Please reply soon. Regards
