In my wolrd my structures vanished

I am so angry now! My whole world just vanished. Just 1 block left.i had 1.16.100... beta version and i donwloaded new beta and when i opened my world it,s deleted.i was creating map-find the button and i had 4 parts.omg.IS there a chance i can return my world?pls tell me if there are a chance.
