When you play on a world for a while the game crashes can't access the world

Ok when you play on a Mac world for a while the game crashes then when you log back on and try to access it the world doesn't load right and the entire game crashes. I have lost nearly ten worlds that I had worked on for weeks to this bug please fix it I'm getting annoyed
