Slight, but noticeable audio noise when RTX is enabled on the latest RTX beta.

When enabling RTX in any world, a very slight audial noise plays. I recorded it with audacity to make sure it wasn't some weird hardware issue with my headset, but it existed there also. seems odd, but certainly not a pressing issue. The card I'm running on is the 2060 Super, might be an issue with this card specifically?
