Cannot start Minecraft after latest update 2.16

After last update (2.16 on Sep 26, 2020), the game no longer loads on the Playstation 4 here in Spain. The game initialisation gets stuck on the red Mojang title screen and never progresses on. The game can no longer be loaded or played
