Creepers feet are too big while the Exploding animation is playing

The Creepers Feet is too big while the Exploding Animation is playing, this is best observed with Mob Griefing Turned Off.

How to reproduce:

1. Spawn a Creeper using the Creeper Spawn Egg
2. Switch your Gamemode to Survival or use Flint&Steel 
3. Observe the Creepers Feet when the Creeper is about to Explode

Observed Results: The Creepers Feet expands too much, compared to the rest of the Creeper.

Expected Results: The Creepers Feet should expand to the same size, matching the rest of the Creeper.
