Free Music pack fails to import

Whenever I try to download the Free Music Pack by Minecraft, it gets to step 2 and kicks me out of the download. No matter how many time I try, this happens. I've seen posts about these problems but I do not know how to use the "duplicate" link to download it. My sibling is having the same issue however our friend had no problem whatsoever.
