When the button art disappears, it doesn't load the button art again

The Marketplace button art sometimes disappears even though there is no marketplace update. The button art reappears after a game restart. Observed Results: The button art sometimes disappears when loading the game, and stays the Default Button art. Expected Results: The button art sometimes disappears when loading the game, but then a loading screen will pop up saying "Loading resource packs", then the button art will be there again.
