When Tabbing back into the game in the pause menu, the loading screen doesn't pop up

When Tabbing back into the game in the pause menu, the loading screen doesn't pop up, it shows you the top left corner of the Pause menu.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Load into a world
2. Open the pause menu
3. Alt-tab out of the game
4. Alt-tab back into the game
