Pocket Edition Worlds cannot be seen on Windows 10 edition 0.12.1

The 0.12.1 update for Windows 10 Edition released today with PE crossplay support. Kindle Fire can connect to a world on Windows 10 Edition but Windows 10 Edition can't see a world on the Kindle Fire
