Red arrow appears on screen when using data packs not purchased on the marketplace

I recently installed data and behavior packs on my Xbox world, and a red arrow consistently appears on the hot bar when playing. This on its own is not a problem, but it restricts your view on the items in the hot bar(not by much), and moves when you move your player.
