Custom item durability does not decrease and items never break.

Steps to Reproduce: Durability of custom items don't work it in the new format version 1.16.100

Observed results: Items durability will not go lower after certain damage given to it and will not break.

Expected results: Custom Items will lower their durability when receiving damage and will break after certain amount of damage what is set in the
