when closing minecraft and opening it again, sound doesn’t work anymore

I play on an iPad and everytime i go to my homescreen or opening another, while playing minecraft. Then when I go back to minecraft the sound doesn’t work anymore. So now when i want to play minecraft i always have to fully close the app if I want my sound to work.
