I can't upload Addons,packs and worlds to MCPE from this website and it says error

after few years when I used this website to upload mod packs and other things to minecraft for better gameplay , now when I upload mod packs or any other thing. Then it says "error cannot upload this to MCPE" and this is giving me headaches so please help! I cannot play without the people's greatest resources packs and mods! HELP!
