End portal glitch when i go in end pls help

Hello ive report this bug when i go in my world and i go in the end the end portal to get away to the end is broken its have been slice in half pls help  and its so lag but my device is ok i like have 1 fps and when i breaks block its delayed and the sound when you punch entity the sound is delayed pls fix this
