Marketplace packs completely broken

So, this is a very frustrating topic, so a ton of my marketplace packs are completely broken, when they are shown, they appear as downloading with the bar at 0%. When I click on it, the buttons are blank and I cant press them. Please fix this. This has been going on for 6 months now.
