Netherite chestplate textures are incorrect

Affects Windows 10, Nintendo Switch, Android, iOS and PlayStation 4

Ok so I made a netherite chestplate on my Minecraft world and I noticed a bug. The texture has 2D pixels on it. 

How to reproduce:

1. /give @s netherite_chestplate
2. Wear it.
3. Open your inventory. 

Expected results: The netherite chestplate texture has the same shape as all the other chestplates.

Observed results: The texture for it has some flat pixels on the sleeves.
