Goats start taking 1 damage at a time after taking fall damage

The bug

After a goat takes fall damage for the first time, it gets some kind of super armor and now only receives damage one point at a time.

How to reproduce

1. Spawn a goat
2. Kill it with a netherite sword (2 hits)
3. Spawn another goat 4 blocks in the air, have it fall and take damage (MCPE-104328)
4. Kill it with a netherite sword (9 hits)
