Tapping on the air a few second breaks blocks instantly (Survival and Creative)

Steos to reprodice:
1. Tap on the air a few seconds. Make sure that you are not pointing at any block.
2. While tapping, slowly pont your finger on a block.
3. The block will break instantly.
