Minecraft Pocket Edition won't open on my iPhone 7.

For months Minecraft Pocket Edition won't open on my iPhone 7. If I tap to open the app the red mojang screen appears and then the app just closes out. It also appears when I double click my home button to force quit an app (I've attached a picture of it helps). None of my other apps do this so I'm assuming it's the app or my phone. 

I have deleted the app multiple times and deleted all the data. I'm not sure what else to do. 

Please help me!
