Resource Packs Dont Work In The RTX Beta

Ever since the latest update resource packs don't work whether I put them in the world textures or global textures. I got an RTX capable texture pack and its supposed to emit light from glow stone but it doesn't. Same with sea lanterns. But torches still emit light.
