The scroller has the old UI layout & art while using the Pocket UI. How to reproduce: Turn on the Pocket UI, set the GUI scale to 0, observe the smiting table, anvil, and beacon scroller.
How to reproduce: for the Effects UI, use a bunch of potions, observe the scroller in the Effects UI.
Observed results: The scroller has the Old UI Layout & art
Expected results: The scroller should be in the Current UI Layout & art
