Minecraft para Playstation 4 crasha toda vez que coloco um pacote de textura

Olá, gostaria de relatar um erro que está acontecendo muito comigo, recentemente eu comprei um pacote de texturas que é a "VanillaBDcraft" só que infelizmente não estou conseguindo utiliza muito bem, toda vez que coloca ela para usar seja nas configurações de criação de mundo ou até mesmo pelo menu principal e quando eu entro em algum mundo com a textura Ativa o jogo simplesmente crasha no meu Playstation 4, então gostaria de saber quando irão consertar esse erro ou se vocês podem reembolsar os tokens que gastei com está textura, obrigado.

 

Hello, I would like to report an error that is happening to me a lot, recently I bought a texture pack that is "VanillaBDcraft" but unfortunately I am not able to use it very well, every time I put it to use either in the world creation settings or even through the main menu and when I enter some world with the texture Activates the game simply crashes on my Playstation 4, so I would like to know when you will fix this error or if you can refund the tokens I spent on this texture, thanks.
