I appreciate this may be a duplicate but I've been getting this error on my ipad that's connected to my microsoft account, PC version.

There's nothing wrong with my internet connection and the ios version won't load skin packs and marketplace purchases.

I've seen the previous requests but can't see any published solutions or advice on how to correct this error
