I can't enter my friend's world

I've tried everything, switching Microsoft accounts, getting account security settings online.
But I can't enter his world at all, I click to enter loads but then the message appears that it was not possible to enter the world.
please help me i bought ps plus just to play minecraft with my friends but i can't play with them
