Lava, Netherrack Fire, Furnaces no longer emit light

After the .57 RTX performance update, many of the textures no longer seem to emit light.  Additionally, grass has become oddly shiny and almost looks wet all the time.  I've also noticed my activator rails no longer emit light when on though I have made no changes to their *mer.png files.

The attached screen shots are from the Nether with RTX enabled.  In .56 the Netherrack fire gave off light.  A seen in the screen shots, it no longer does.
